LEVEL: INTERMEDIATE

Combination Barre and Reformer classes offer a complete workout in two parts.
The first half focuses on Barre exercises to tone and strengthen muscles with ballet-inspired movements.
The second half is performed on the Reformer, focusing on improving flexibility and strength through the controlled resistance of the machine. This combination provides both toning and stretching benefits in one class.
