When I graduated to school I studied a Musical Theatre degree with a focus on dance at the Institute of Arts Barcelona, and it helped me in expressing myself and bringing awareness to my body - also exploring the realm of physical exercise to complement and strengthen my skills as a dancer.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2b46714 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-child\" data-id=\"2b46714\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8c58884 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8c58884\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>I had been practising Pilates for many years, and I noticed how it completed my dance, but it was only after an injury that I really saw the rehabilitative and healing use of Pilates.<\/p><p>I recovered from my injury and returned to dancing, and found that getting back to action was not as challenging as I thought it would be, and the only thing that had changed was the addition of my regular Pilates practice.
